Wow - it's February now? We'll, we've just been busy with daily life since the holidays. Brent travled to New York for some business and was able to see a good college friend while there. He's traveling about 1 wk out of each month right now - not too bad.
Walt still LOVES kindergarten and can't seem to get enough knowledge about anything non-fictional (more about space, volcanoes, geography, etc). He's reading well and now likes the concept of subtraction. The other day we had strawberries with breakfast (I can't believe how good they are right now!). I cut his up into circles and he said "hey, Mama - this looks like the earth! There's the outer crust and inside is the core!". Guess he'll have to remain in private school as long as we're living here...
Libby is our happy go lucky girl (when she's not being dramatic!). She loves her teachers at pre-k and still loves green (it's now specific to lime green just like her older cousin Sarah although she didn't know Sarah loves this color, too!). Libby tells me when I am a baby again she'll be my Mommy and take care of me! She also tells me she'll be glad to drive me around in her green truck when she's older and I don't want to drive anymore.... She's really stretching out now and enjoys gymnastics. She likes to stand or put any body part she can on the scale - she thinks it means how old each body part is!
Annalee is just a sweet and very happy little toddler. She's speaking more clearly but still have some babbling although she knows what she means! Not long ago, she was playing with our toy piano but wanted to move it when finished. She said clearly, "too heavy, please help Mama!". She loves her Chinese language videos and repeats everything perfectly. She also repeats and knows some Spanish words, too! She has several of her favorite story books (Papa, Please get the Moon for me, Peek a Who, and a cute little book about manners) memorized. Remember how she knew who's clothes were whose early on? She will now sort, stack and catagorize everyone's laundry! Scary. She likes to play but also loves to help. Annalee likes to sing and move to the music - her current favorite song is "Rain, Rain, go away" and "Jesus Loves Me" complete with signs.
Well, that's about it for now. I'm going to add some more photos complete with our Christmas visit from my Mama and Doc - they're a bit out of order.

Hello! I think most of you know by now that Walt loves watching HGTV work shows! After watching "dream home 2006" with me he ran right down to the basement and built his own! He said it's complete with gutters, a surround deck, chimneys for the fireplaces and even a hidden playroom in the attic! (sorry this photo is sideways)
